Duteil Avocats (François Duteil, Guillaume Jarry) advised CM-CIC Investissement SCR in relation with an operation of reorganization of Colombus Holding’s shareholding, a company set up in October 2015 by Michaël Fribourg and Chargeurs’ reference shareholder since that date.
