Duteil Avocats (François Duteil, Guillaume Jarry) advised CM-CIC Investissement SCR in relation with an operation of reorganization of Colombus Holding’s shareholding, a company set up in October 2015 by Michaël Fribourg and Chargeurs’ reference shareholder since that date.
As part of this operation, Groupe Familial Fribourg has become the Colombus Holding’s controlling shareholder.
