After ten years’ professional experience with corporate law firms, including five years with Lamy Lexel, David Merlet joined Duteil Avocats in 2012.
While David is involved in various Duteil Avocats areas of expertise, he has developed a specialisation in growth capital.
As such, he advises Duteil Avocats’ institutional clients, investment funds and companies on restructuring, shareholders’ equity and external growth transactions.
